Happy Wednesday everyone! Thank you so much for all your lovely comments on my previous post and I’m definitely looking forward to more collaboration opportunities. For now, let me share with you another exciting event that I was part of.
On Wednesday, April 10, Guelph’s Italian Canadian Club was bursting with colours as the Guelph & District Multicultural Fundraiser hosted its annual fashion show, featuring costumes and fashions from around the world including Ireland, Vietnam, Indonesia, Nigeria, India and more – all worn by members of Guelph’s own multicultural community. The money raised from this great event will go to support future multicultural initiatives in our community.
Sharing with you all the beautiful and lovely people in this colourful community.
Excited kids in their colourful Portugal costumes and Mr. Photographer’s niece, Vivian in her Vietnamese traditional costumes.
Beautiful ladies from Columbia
Me and my beautiful Indonesian buddies
Awww…what a cute family! Love their matchy-matchy outfits.
Couples representing Philippine
Gorgeous costume from Nigeria
Ireland – lots of sparkles!
Arpana, my Bollywood dance instructor. Isn’t she gorgeous in that beautiful saree!
I had the opportunity to walk down the runway wearing two different traditional costumes – Vietnam and Indonesia. Although I’m originally from Malaysia, but I still feel honoured and proud to be in these beautiful costumes, especially in ‘Ao Dai’ (Vietnamese traditional costume), now that I’m married to a Vietnamese.
Thank you so much for reading! Hope you like what you see here! See you soon:)
