Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great week so far. Thank you so much for all the lovely comments in the last few posts. Mr. Photographer and I were delighted reading all your comments and we will definitely try our very best to keep up with the posting and improve on the quality of the content.

SHIFT DRESS – One of my work outfits staple or I should say a must have in every woman closet. I wear it quite often and in any occasions because it is super comfy and very versatile. I think it is appropriate for a professional, casual or party environment.  It can be worn in all seasons: with boots and coats in fall, with leggings and sweaters in winter, scarves and heels/raining boots in spring, and sandals and hats in summer. Also, depending on the look you’d like to achieve, you can always play around with accessories such as wearing it with a belt to accentuate the waist, or adding a bright colourful scarf or a statement necklace to a plain solid shift dress.

Since the gorgeous print of under water sea creatures on my dress is already a statement, I chose a white blazer with minimal accessories to balance the look  and also made it more appropriate for the office. Of course, I can convert this dress from day to night easily with a pair of fancy heels, a clutch and some blings. I’m ready for date!

  1. This dress doesn’t need anything! I don’t see why you have to cover it up. I know I wouldn’t! But that’s me … :o)

    • Oh hi Francesca! Well, the reason I have a blazer on it’s because of my work environment. I’m working in a health care industry, so need that “professional look” at times. Just like you, I would wear this dress just the way it is if I’m going somewhere else:)
